
Cold Shooting Costs Broncos in Loss

BOULDER, Colo. – Boise State women's basketball lost 83-53 at Colorado, Tuesday night at CU Events Center.

Playing on the road for the first time this season, the Broncos (3-1) started off cold and could not recover. Boise State missed its first five shots from the field and committed three turnovers as Colorado (3-1) raced out to a 17-2 lead with 4:56 left in the first quarter. The Broncos trailed 25-9 after 10 minutes, despite seven points from Natalie Pasco.

In the second quarter, Boise State missed eight of his first nine field goal attempts and entered the locker room down 49-23.

The Broncos turned the ball over on each of their first three possessions after intermission, committed 10 turnovers in the period, and trailed 70-34 after three quarters.

Boise State outscored Colorado 19-13 in the fourth quarter with seven Broncos contributing points.
