Broncos Announce 2026 Spring Schedule

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State women's tennis head coach Beck Roghaar announced the team's 2026 spring schedule, Monday.
 
The defending Mountain West Tournament champions will play nine home matches and face three Power Four opponents. The Broncos will also face two opponents for the first time in program history, NC State and either Ole Miss or Florida, and meet new MW member Grand Canyon for the first time since 1991.
 
After posting a perfect 13-0 record in Boise in 2025, the team will open the new season with an in-state dual against Idaho State. The match will be played at Boise Racquet and Swim Club Jan. 18.
 
Boise State will then travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, for its first ITA Kickoff Weekend appearance in 15 seasons. The Broncos open play Jan. 25 against host NC State, which was ranked No. 12 in the ITA rankings at the end of the 2024-25 season, before facing either No. 34 Ole Miss or No. 45 Florida, also based on end-of-season rankings. The ITA Kickoff Weekend serves as the qualifying pathway to the ITA Division I National Team Indoor Championships, with each site champion earning a berth.
 
The Broncos return home for three straight matches at the BOAS Tennis Center, starting with a Jan. 30 doubleheader against BYU and Montana State at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., respectively. Santa Clara visits Feb. 1 at 11 a.m.
 
Boise State's next seven matches will be on the road, beginning with a two-match trip to San Luis Obispo, California. The Broncos face Cal Poly, which finished the 2024-25 season ranked No. 59, on Feb. 6, followed by Saint Mary's on Feb. 7.
 
A Feb. 28 doubleheader awaits in Spokane, Washington, where the Broncos take on Gonzaga and Eastern Washington. Boise State will seek its first win against Gonzaga in program history. The nonconference slate concludes March 7 at Utah Tech in St. George, Utah.
 
MW play begins on the road at Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado, on March 13, followed by Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, on March 15.
 
Boise State then returns home for four straight matches, beginning March 20 against Grand Canyon. The Broncos host San Diego State on March 22, the defending MW regular-season champion and their 2025 MW semifinal opponent.
 
Nevada visits March 27, followed by a MW Tournament championship rematch with UNLV on March 29.
 
April opens with a road match at San Jose State on April 2 and a trip to Fresno State on April 4. The Broncos continue on the road at Air Force in USAFA, Colorado, on April 10 before returning home for their lone April home match on April 12 against New Mexico.
 
The regular season concludes April 17 in Logan, Utah, against Utah State. Boise State then turns its attention to defending its conference title at the MW Tournament, April 22-25 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
