Thomas Adds Siena Zunino to 2025 Roster

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Head Soccer Coach Jim Thomas announced Wednesday the addition of Siena Zunino to the 2025 roster. Zunino – a defender – is transferring from the University of Utah and will have three years of eligibility remaining.

"Siena completes a championship-ready back line, bringing the athleticism and technical capacity Bronco Nation has become accustomed to since soccer's inception," said Thomas. Â "Siena is incredibly creative with the ball and will be fun to watch, tying the levels together and marauding forward, adding that familiar Boise State soccer dynamic to the attack!"

The native of Danville, California, spent her freshman campaign with the Utah Utes, playing in two matches for a combined 75 minutes last fall.

Zunino is a 2024 graduate of Monte Vista High School in Danville, where she was an East Bay League All-Conference Second Team honoree. The defender was also a U16 ECNL Northwest First Team selection and earned a spot in the 2023 Continental Tire ECNL National Selection game.
