Landan Yount Hired as Director of Player Personnel

Fisk Elevated to Director of Recruiting
BOISE, Idaho -Â Head coach Spencer Danielson announced two additions to the program's support staff on Tuesday. Landan Yount has been hired as the director of player personnel while Shauny Fisk has been elevated to the director of recruiting.
As the director of player personnel, Yount will oversee the roster management of the program. He will play a major role in the Broncos' recruiting operation, including evaluating and scouting potential student-athletes.Â

Yount comes to the Treasure Valley after working as the director of player personnel at Middle Tennessee State for the past two seasons. He oversaw all recruiting and scouting initiatives for the program, including helping the Blue Raiders bring in the top recruiting class in the Conference USA a season ago. He also created advanced scouting reports for the coaching staff and worked alongside the program's general manager to work on salary cap, contracts and player valuations. He started with the program as the director of recruiting, before elevating to the director of player personnel four months into his tenure.Â
Prior to his time with Middle Tennessee State, Yount worked as the director of recruiting and external relations at Dartmouth (2022-23). He began his career working as a recruiting analyst as a student at Notre Dame (2017-20) before spending two seasons as a recruiting and scouting assistant for the Fighting Irish.
Fisk has been elevated to director of recruiting role after serving in both Boise State's recruiting and operations departments as a graduate assistant last season. She will be responsible for coordinating on-campus visits and recruiting travel.
Prior to arriving at the Treasure Valley, Fisk served for three years as a recruiting and operations assistant at Central Washington. The Wildcats reached the NCAA Division II Football Tournament in each of the past two seasons.
