Kage Casey Invited to NFL Combine

BOISE, Idaho – Former Boise State offensive lineman Kage Casey earned an invitation to the 2026 NFL Combine, the league announced. Casey is one of 319 prospects invited to the league's top scouting event. With his invitation, Casey extends the Broncos' streak of NFL combine invites to 22 years. Last season, Ashton Jeanty and Ahmed Hassanein represented the Blue and Orange.
Casey was a three-year starter at left tackle for the Broncos, playing in 46 games across his four seasons with the team. He earned All-America honors from The Athletic, College Football Network, Phil Steele, Sports Illustrated and Walter Camp, totaling seven accolades from the outlets. He was also a three-time All-Mountain West selection, garnering first team honors in 2024 and 2025.
The left tackle consistently ranked among the highest in the country in Pro Football Focus grades, notching an 80.0 overall grade in 2025 to rank fifth among FBS left tackles who played over 800 snaps. In 2024, his 99.3 pass blocking efficiency was third among FBS tackles. He totaled 1,889 offensive snaps in his final two seasons, leading the Broncos both years.
Behind Casey, Boise State won three-consecutive MW titles and earned the No. 3 seed in the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff. The Broncos ranked in the top-10 nationally in rushing and top-15 in sacks allowed in back-to-back seasons. He is one of three MW players invited to this year's combine, joining San Diego State cornerback Chris Johnson and Wyoming tight end John Michael Gyllenborg.
