Senior Tatum Thompson led the way for the Broncos (22-6, 13-4 Mountain West) with 25 points and seven rebounds, powering Boise State to its dominant win over the Spartans (4-24, 2-15).

San Jose State won the opening tip, but Mya Hansen recorded a steal on the Spartans' first possession, sparking a 14-0 run. Tatum Thompson knocked down two 3-pointers and a jumper during the surge, while Bayes and Hansen each added a triple to give the Broncos the early lead.
