WHAT'S NEXT: Boise State men's golf opens its spring season in Las Vegas and will participate in the Lake Las Vegas Invitational at Reflection Bay Golf Course. Hosted by the University of Louisiana, the event features 11 teams and will be played from Feb. 23-25.

COURSE LAYOUT: Built in 1998, Reflection Bay Golf Course is a par-72 configuration designed by 18-time major winner Jack Nicklaus.

FORMAT / TEE TIMES: Participating teams will play a total of 54 holes—18 each day—with a five count four format. On Day 1, Luke Cushman will tee off first for the Broncos at 9:10 a.m. MT.

LIVE SCORING: Live scoring is available on SCOREBOARD and can be accessed HERE.

A FAMILIAR EVENT: For the second-consecutive year, Boise State will compete in the Lake Las Vegas Invitational. Last year, the Broncos finished ninth (867, +3), with two golfers posting scores under par. Competing as an individual, Ryan Meyer (210, -6) ended the event tied for sixth, while Gavyn Knight (212, -4) completed the three-day tournament tied for 12th.

DT: In his fourth season at the helm, head coach David Trainor has guided the team to significant improvement year-over-year. The Broncos ranked 176th in the country in 2023-24 and were 39-99-2 overall. The following season (2024-25), Boise State improved its ranking to 108 and amassed an 88-63-3 record.

SUCCESS IN THE FALL: The Broncos ended the 2025 fall slate with a 49-31-2 cumulative mark and finished in the top six in three of the five tournaments. Boise State shot under par four times and notched the 19th team tournament win in program history at the Oregon State Invitational, collectively carding an 866 (+2).

TOP 25: As a team, the Broncos had 12 top-25 finishes and five top-10 placements in the fall, including four by senior golfer Cole Rueck. His four such performances give him 14 for his career, tying for the third most in Boise State men's golf program history.

GENESIS COLLEGIATE SHOWCASE: Both Cole Rueck and Gavyn Knight were set to represent Boise State in the 2026 Genesis Collegiate Showcase on Feb. 16. Due to inclement weather, the event was postponed with uncertainty on whether or not it would be made up at a later date.

ELITE SCHOLARS: Taking care of business in the classroom, men's golf posted a 3.68 fall GPA. The mark was a single-semester team record and was the highest amongst all men's sports at Boise State.
