Boise State Esports Launches Summer Camp Series

Boise, Idaho — Boise State is proud to announce the launch of its Esports Summer Camp, designed for both high school and middle school students. This exciting program offers young gamers the opportunity to develop their skills in a structured, educational, and team-oriented environment led by Boise State's nationally recognized esports program.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in competitive gaming, strategy development, communication, and teamwork. The camp will feature popular titles such as Valorant, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros., while also introducing students to the broader esports ecosystem, including shoutcasting, streaming, and game analysis.
In addition to gameplay, campers will explore career pathways in esports and technology, learning from experienced coaches, collegiate players, and industry professionals. The program emphasizes digital citizenship, healthy gaming habits, and collaboration, skills that extend far beyond the screen.
Hosted in the heart of downtown at the Esports facility, the camp provides access to the state-of-the-art gaming facilities and a vibrant collegiate atmosphere. Whether students are aspiring competitors or simply passionate about gaming, the camp offers a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.
