The Broncos (18-20, 4-5 Mountain West) led 6-2 before the Rams (17-17, 5-4) rallied for the win.

Marissa Gonzalez gave the Broncos a 1-0 lead in the top of the first with an RBI-triple. After the Rams took a 2-1 lead, Chloe Hughes knocked in two with a double and scored on a single by Skylar Stroh as Boise State grabbed a 4-2 lead in the second.

In the fourth, Quinn Southerland drove in a run with a double and Stroh added a run-scoring ground out for a 6-2 lead.
