Forward joins Boise State after two seasons at Pepperdine and Campbell

BOISE, Idaho — ​Boise State has agreed to terms and signed​ forward Dovydas Butka, it was announced on Friday.

Butka (6-9, 215 pounds) joins the Broncos after spending his first two collegiate seasons at Pepperdine (2024-25) and Campbell (2025-26). Starting all 66 games across the two seasons, Butka​ averaged 11.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 steals, while shooting 49.4 percent from the field.

In 31 starts last season for the Fighting Camels, Butka totaled 13.9 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.3 steals. The Panevezys, Lithuania native tallied 24 double-figure scoring efforts, including five 20-point performances, and was the team's third-leading scorer by average.

Prior to Pepperdine, Butka played for BC Zalgiris in Lithuania. He competed in the country's two top leagues, LKL and NKL, as well as internationally in the Euro League.
