HIGHLIGHTS: Stone is a transfer from Santa Clara University where he competed during the fall of 2015 as a freshman ... in singles he went 2-1 ... downed Jerod Mah from USF (Oct. 2) by a score of 6-3, 1-0 (ret) ... defeated Saint Mary’s Matthew Campana (Oct. 2) 7-6(4), 6-1 ... also went 2-1 in doubles with Kamran Khan ... downed Robert Margifalvi and Peter O’Donovan from Nevada (Oct. 2) 8-4 ... defeated the Saint Mary’s (Oct. 2) pairing of Matthew Campana and Alec Wagner 8-7(5).

HONORS: 2015 National High School Tennis Association All-American.
HIGHLIGHTS: Originally from Marietta, Ga., where he is a 2015 graduate of Walton High School ... played two years at WHS ... as a senior he played No. 1 singles helping the team to a No. 5 national ranking, the Georgia State Championship and a regional title as the team went a perfect 18-0 … advanced to the semifinals of the state championship as a freshman.


JUNIOR TENNIS

Tennis Recruiting Network had Stone as a four-star recruit out of high school with rankings of No. 89 nationally, 19th in the southeast and fifth in Georgia ... junior tennis RPI was 85 with a Universal Tennis Ranking of No. 13 ... as a junior player Stone competed at the Atlanta ITF competition where he won three qualifying rounds to reach the main draw, then won twice more during the main draw at Atlanta to solidified a junior world ranking ... also won the UTSA Closed Regional Tournament in doubles and captured the 2013 championship crown at the Cuadros XIIIT Rofeo Ultima Hora Tournament in Majorca, Spain.
