2015-16 | SOPHOMORE SEASON

OVERALL HIGHLIGHTS: Went 4-2 overall in singles, 3-0 in team duals and 1-2 in singles tournaments, won his last four singles matches ... went a combined 4-2 overall in doubles playing with two different partners, 2-0 in duals and 2-2 in doubles tournaments.
FALL HIGHLIGHTS: Went 1-2 in singles at the Dar Walters Fall Classic (Oct. 1-4) in Boise ... went 2-1 in doubles playing with Brian Foley at the Dar Walters Fall Classic reaching the quarterfinals.
SPRING HIGHLIGHTS: Played in three dual contests recording a 3-0 singles record while competing on courts five and six ... defeated Southern Utah’s (Jan. 19) Joshua Coen at No. 5 singles 6-0, 6-1 and Idaho State’s (Feb. 15) Haseeb Khan at No. 6 singles 6-3, 7-6 ... competed with Greg Wischer at No. 3 doubles in two duals where they claimed wins versus Southern Utah and ISU.

2014-15 | FRESHMAN SEASON

OVERALL HIGHLIGHTS: Finished first season in the blue and orange with a 5-8 singles record going 3-3 in singles tournaments and 2-5 in spring team duals ... went 3-6 overall in doubles on the year, 1-1 in fall competition and 2-5 in the spring.
FALL HIGHLIGHTS: Won the Dar Walters Boise State Fall Classic consolation singles title for his flight, rallying for the win over Whitman College’s Phillip Locklear in three-sets 6-7 (8), 6-3, 7-6 (3) ... first singles win as a Bronco came at the Dar Walters (Oct. 3) against Eastern Washington’s Rendell Burghart 7-6 (5), 6-4 ... first doubles victory for Boise State was with Abe Hewko at the Dar Walters (Oct. 3) against Whitman’s Petar Jivokov and Phillip Locklear by an 8-7 (4) score.
SPRING HIGHLIGHTS: Went 2-5 in singles recording wins over Tony Chin of Lewis-Clark State (April 5) 6-4, 6-4 and Fresno State’s Alexandros Vakouftsis (April 12) 6-3, 6-1 during spring duals at Boise ... in doubles he went 2-5 playing at No. 3 partnered primarily with Brian Foley (1-5) ... competed in the NCAA Tournament first round match versus No. 18 South Florida (May 8) at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles.

HACKETT CATHOLIC CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL

HONORS: Highly decorated in high school career earning first-team recognition all four years on the all-state, all-region and all-conference teams ... team captain junior and senior seasons ... three-time member of the National Honor Society.
HIGHLIGHTS: A 2014 graduate of Hackett Catholic Central High School in Kalamazoo, Mich. ... a four-year starter for the varsity team ... helped lead the Irish to two-consecutive conference titles, three straight region titles and four state tournament appearances ... HCCHS reached the state semifinals during his junior and senior seasons, quarterfinals as a sophomore.

JUNIOR TENNIS

Numerous United States Tennis Association’s (USTA) honors including ranked No. 20 for the Great Lakes Region, sixth in Michigan for his class, top 200 national (183) and RPI (174) rankings ... received the USTA’s Karie Schlukebir Pennock Award in 2014 ... in 2013 took third place at the USTA Midwest Winter Championships ... semifinalist at the USTA Midwest Qualifier.
