BOISE STATE CAREER
RS SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Went 7-11 on the season while serving as the Broncos’ primary starter at heavyweight…was 1-5 in duals, the lone victory coming in his first match of the season…picked up a 4-2 decision (SV-2) over Midland’s Aaron Rafalko…went 3-2 at the Cyclone Open (Nov. 15), 1-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 4) and 2-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions (Dec. 20)…registered a pair of pins, the first coming in 40 seconds over Iowa State’s Jeff Henry at the Cyclone Open, and the second coming in 1:45 at the Reno Tournament of Champions...named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
RS FRESHMAN (2014-15):
Broncos' primary starter at 285 during his collegiate debut...went 3-16 on the year and 1-6 in dual competition...picked up his first-career dual victory over CSU Bakersfield's Alex Encarnacion-Strand (Feb. 6)...represented the Broncos at heavyweight at the Pac-12 Championships, going 0-2...also competed at the Cowboy Open (Nov. 8; 1-2), the Battle of the Rockies (Dec. 6; 1-2), the Reno Tournament of Champions (Dec. 21; 0-2) and the Utah Valley Open (Jan. 10; 0-2)...named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
FRESHMAN (2013-14): Went 12-7 on the season while wrestling unattached...included were six pins and two major decisions.

PREP CAREER
Wrestled at 235 for the U.S. Naval Academy Prep School in 2012-13, finishing runner-up at the Northeast Conference Championships in Durham, N.H....helped lead squad to a league title...also won an individual title at the National Wrestling Coaches' Association "Fall Brawl" at Ursinus College in Philadelphia.

HIGH SCHOOL
Captured the Idaho 5A State Championship as both a junior and senior...also finished runner-up at the state tournament as a sophomore and finished third as a freshman...completed his high school career with an overall record of 146-17, a mark that included 120 pins...named USA Wrestling Idaho Outstanding Senior Wrestler of the Year, and was USA Wrestling Idaho's top-ranked "Future Olympian"...earned Fargo National High School All-America status as a sophomore in both Greco and freestyle, and earned the honor once more as a junior in Greco...captured the Idaho State Triple Crown Wrestling Championship his junior season...standout football player was named 5A Defensive Player of the Year in 2010 in addition to earning first-team all-region accolades as both a sophomore and junior...started for the Rams as a freshman, helping lead Highland to the 5A State Championship.
