Saw action in four matches during the year before season was abruptly ended in early March because of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic ... competed with Joey Benson at No. 4 pair during Arizona’s Cactus Classic (Feb. 21-22) where they went a team-best 2-2 ... opened Cactus Classic with a three-set 21-15, 18-21, 18-16 victory over San Francisco’s Tanner Pemberton and Sophie Sydenham, then rallied from one set down to defeat Missouri State’s Kylee Davis and Makayla Tam in three 20-22, 21-14, 15-13 ... lost in three sets to Arizona’s Jonny Baham and Halis Hess 21-14, 8-21, 15-11.Â2019  |  FRESHMAN SEASON
Saw action in three regular season matches as a freshman playing next to Drew Hannemann  going 0-1 at No. 5 and playing in two exhibition contests ... opened season against Benedictine (Feb. 23) falling at No. 5 pair to Megan Block and Caitlin Sammons in three sets 21-18, 20-22, 15-9 ... then played exhibition contests versus Colorado Mesa and No. 14 Arizona (Feb. 23), scores were not available ... went 1-2 at the Boise State Exhibition Pairs Tournament (April 16).CORONA DEL SOL HIGH SCHOOL
HONORS: She was a first-team All-Metro Region selection as a junior and honorable mention as a sophomore.
A 2018 graduate of Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, Ariz., where she played for coach Ben Maxfield ... senior starter for the Aztecs varsity squad ... as a senior she tallied 222 kills, while hitting 50.2 percent (5th in state) to go with 52 blocks and 23 digs ... team went undefeated in league at 17-0 and were 41-3 overall, the nation’s 23rd-ranked Aztecs fell to the No. 9 nationally ranked team in the Arizona 6A State Championship match ... she attended Valley Christian High School freshman through junior years where she played for Lisa Gross ... as a junior the Trojans went 27-17 overall and 9-1 in league play ... junior year statistics included hitting 39.1 percent for 301 kills with 128 blocks and 74 digs ... VCHS reached the semifinals of the 2016 Arizona 3A State Tournament.Â
