2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three races…made his season debut at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 30)…represented the Broncos at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 28)...INDOOR: Opened the indoor season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 3), racing in the 5,000-meter…represented the Broncos at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-25) in the 3,000m and 5,000m races…OUTDOOR: Recorded a top-10 finish at the Stanford Invitational (March 31-April 1) in the 5,000m…set a personal record in the 1,500m at the Fresno State Invitational (April 28-29), clocking a time of 3:51.47 and placing seventh…competed at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) in the 5,000m race.

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in three races…CSI CLASSIC… led the Broncos at the Inland Empire Championships, recording a season-best 8th-place finish…INDOOR- Participated in four meets…opened the season in Boston, Mass., at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 4), competing in the men’s 3,000m race…registered a PR time of 8:27.02 in the 3,000m at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb 24-26)...also competed in the 5,000m…OUTDOOR- Competed in four meets…opened the outdoor segment of the season at the Stanford Invitational (April 1-2), racing in the men’s 5,000m…recorded a personal-best time of 14:11.44 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15)...competed in the 5,000m at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 11-14).

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY- Made Boise State debut in the blue race of the Silver State Collegiate Challenge (Feb. 1) logging a top-30 finish...ran a personal-best time of 25:04.2 at the Battle Born Challenge (Feb. 19)...raced at the Mountain West Championships finishing with a time of 25:52.8...INDOOR- Did not compete...OUTDOOR- Made Boise State track debut in the 5,000-meter at the Hayward Premiere (April 2-3) finishing 11th setting a personal best of 14:48.67...set a personal best in the 1,500m at the Oregon Relays (April 23-24) with a 3:56.71...ran in the 5,000m at the West Coast Relay (April 30) closing inside the top-25...raced in the 1,500m and 5,000m at the Mountain West Championships (May 13-15)...clocked a 3:58.49 in the 1,500m closing 11th.

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY- Did not compete...INDOOR- Redshirt season…OUTDOOR- Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.

Joins the Broncos after graduating from Bellarmine Preparatory School in spring of 2019… served as team captain for three years…helped Bellarmine Prep to first WIAA 4A State Cross Country men’s title in 2016…three-time member of Team Washington at Nike Borderclash…2019 4A SPSL cross country champion.
