TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ownership of Seat Locations

Boise State University ("the University") owns and controls all rights to the seat locations for all home games. Purchasers of tickets receive a license, in the form of the ticket, to use the seat location for each of the designated home games. The University may revoke the license at any time, with or without cause, upon refunding the prorated portion of the actual purchase price. The license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to athletic events as established by the University.

Acceptance of Terms/Conditions

Upon remitting any full or partial payment toward the purchase of your season ticket(s), or by accepting delivery of your tickets and season ticket holder benefits, you acknowledge responsibility for payment of the full price, and accept and agree to the terms and conditions as stated. Memberships and licenses are governed by Idaho law without regards to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of any membership or license shall be state district court in Ada County, Boise, Idaho. Any written notice should be mailed to: Boise State University, Department of Athletics, 1910 University Drive, Boise, Idaho 83725.

Accessible (ADA) Seating and Parking

Boise State recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continues to make every effort to accommodate individuals consistent with both ADA and State of Idaho accessibility mandates. In addition, Boise State strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities and has adopted the following ticket policies:

Boise State maintains ADA seating for all venues, consisting of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available.

If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, a member of our Box Office or Guest Services team may be able to assist you on event day by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are issued beginning at door opening on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability and limited to the guest needing assistance and one (1) companion.

We do not offer mobility device storage. Any mobility device which is lost, stolen, or left in the possession of anyone other than its owner is not the responsibility of Boise State University, the Bronco Athletic Association, or any employee or agent of the University or BAA.

All ADA parking is available onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis the day of the event, and is not available for pre-purchasing. Unless otherwise noted, ADA parking is sold and handled by Boise State Transportation and Parking.

You can find ADA parking information online here under “Parking”. All ADA parking is available onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis the day of the event, and is not available for pre-purchasing. Unless otherwise noted, ADA parking is sold and handled by Boise State Transportation and Parking.

Assumption of Risk/Release of Liability

You (or the user of your ticket for any particular game) voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the game (including, but not limited to, injuries caused by players, fans, footballs, basketballs, or other objects) whether occurring prior to, during or after the game, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. You (or the user of your ticket for any particular game) agree that neither the University, the Idaho State Board of Education, the State of Idaho, the Mountain West Conference or other applicable conference, the NCAA nor their respective affiliates, employees, agents or owners are liable for any injuries from such causes.

Expected Spectator Behavior

You (or the user of your ticket for any particular game) agree to act in an orderly manner that will not disrupt the event or enjoyment of others. Violations of this may result in ejection from event, revocation of tickets, and/or ban from athletic or campus facilities.

Fraudulent Accounts or Financial Activity

Any account, or transactions made on an account, suspected or deemed to be fraudulent through patterns including, but not limited to, false names, addresses, and/or financial information, may result in the permanent suspension of such accounts. Serious cases may be referred to law enforcement. Fraudulent financial activity can include chargebacks and invalid checks. Invalid checks may be subject to additional fees.

Purchasing Season Tickets

The ability to purchase season tickets is not as a matter of right but is at the sole discretion of the University. A portion of the season ticket cost may payable to the non-profit corporation Bronco Athletic Association ("BAA") and such costs are a required part of the season ticket cost in certain sections of Albertsons Stadium or ExtraMile Arena.

Relocation Clause

To help the University maximize the quality of entertainment, avoid seat vacancies, and effectively offset the cost of operations, The University reserves the right to relocate season ticket holders within their row to eliminate vacant single seats. Relocations would be presented as a part of season ticket renewals, but may not have specific forewarning. Relocations would prioritize the most favorable aisle or playing area position for the account holder.

Renewal Privileges

The opportunity to renew a season ticket for the next season is not guaranteed and is revocable at any time at the sole discretion of The University. This renewal privilege may only be exercised by the season ticket holder of record upon payment in the amount and by the date established by the University, including BAA contributions if necessary. When deciding whether to revoke renewal privileges, the University will consider the season ticket holder's violation of rules, regulations, and policies of the University and the Idaho State Board of Education, including without limitation these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions on the back of the tickets, trademark violations, violations of alcohol policy, violations of abusive spectator behavior, violations of any other University policy, and/or ticket scalping rules then in effect.

Restrictions

Your ticket(s) may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of the University and/or Bronco Sports Properties. Please contact the Office of Trademark Licensing for further information via email at licensing@boisestate.edu.

Rights Reserved

The University reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, update or modify policies and procedures relative to the season ticket program upon notice to the holder of record.

Ticket Holder of Record

The ticket holder of record is the person or business that is assigned to the account. The ticket holder of record must provide the University with the contact person for the account, particularly in the case of a business. Acceptance of payment(s) from a third party on behalf of a ticket holder of record shall not confer any season ticket privileges, including without limitation, renewal privileges to the third party or cause the University to change the name of the season ticket holder on the account.

Use of Image

You (or the user of your ticket for any particular game) grant permission to the University, the Mountain West Conference or other applicable conference, the NCAA, and their designees, agents and licensees, to utilize your name likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the game in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

Ticket Resale

While fans are encouraged to transfer or resell tickets for events they cannot attend, the University reserves the right to cancel any ticket order from any account that exhibits or has exhibited activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit. The University also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to prohibit, prevent or otherwise restrict access to donor ticket presales or postseason purchases for accounts that have been identified as exhibiting activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit.
