FAQs

Accessible (ADA) Seating and Parking

Boise State recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continues to make every effort to accommodate individuals consistent with both ADA and State of Idaho accessibility mandates. In addition, Boise State strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities and has adopted the following ticket policies:

Boise State maintains ADA seating for all venues, consisting of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available.

If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, a member of our Box Office or Guest Services team may be able to assist you on event day by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are issued beginning at door opening on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability and limited to the guest needing assistance and one (1) companion.

We do not offer mobility device storage. Any mobility device which is lost, stolen, or left in the possession of anyone other than its owner is not the responsibility of Boise State University, the Bronco Athletic Association, or any employee or agent of the University or BAA.

You can find ADA parking information online here under “Parking”. All ADA parking is available onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis the day of the event, and is not available for pre-purchasing. Unless otherwise noted, ADA parking is sold and handled by Boise State Transportation and Parking.

No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancelations

Payments must be timely made on or before the dates listed in any agreed upon payment plan. Delivery of tickets, shall be made only upon receipt of full payment. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations on tickets ordered through the Athletic Ticket Office unless the University is unable to fill your order or revokes the license represented by your ticket(s). Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.

Change of Address/Other Notices

It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder of record to notify the University of any change of address to assure prompt delivery of tickets, notices, and other dated material from the University. Address changes must be made to the Athletic Ticket Office by the season ticket holder of record. To change your address, please call us at 208-426-4767, e-mail us at ticketoffice@boisestate.edu, or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office.

Children/Lap Seat

For regular season Boise State athletic events, children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket to enter Boise State athletic facilities, including Albertsons Stadium and ExtraMile Arena, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons two (2) years and older need a ticket to enter Albertsons Stadium and ExtraMile Arena.

Digital Tickets

Boise State hosted athletics events use digital tickets for all events and parking. Please visit our digital ticket help guide here for more information. For those without a digital ticket capable device, or looking for a physical ticket option, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office. Additional charges may apply.

Postseason, Away, and Special Event Tickets

Eligible Bronco Athletic Association and season ticket members receive priority access to purchase tickets for postseason events, including Conference Championship games, bowl games, and other postseason events. These tickets are not included in any season ticket package, and are subject to the event’s ticketing rules and policies.

Some postseason tickets may be subject to a request/reservation process due to high demand. Such events would have seating allocation and assignments determined by BAA Priority Ranking. Tickets are not guaranteed until priority ordering ends and seating is confirmed by the BAA or the Athletic Ticket Office. For events with varying price points, orders that cannot be fulfilled at a higher price point will be automatically moved to the next available price point. Orders moved to a new price will only receive a refund for the difference in prices, and may not be eligible for a full refund option or additional seating options, so long as the order is fulfilled for the event. Refunds will be issued for the difference in pricing of such cases, or if an order cannot be fulfilled based on priority ranking.

The University reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to prohibit, prevent or otherwise restrict access to donor ticket presales or postseason purchases for accounts that have been identified as exhibiting activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit.

Lost, Destroyed, or Stolen Tickets

Lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets must be reported to the Athletic Ticket Office. Only the season ticket holder of record may report this.

Renewal Procedures

Season ticket renewal notices will be delivered to the season ticket holder of record for each account each year. Accounts which do not meet payment deadlines will be subject to cancelation. Accounts who violate ticket terms and conditions may have their renewals revoked without notice.

Season Ticket Transfers

Season tickets may only be transferred from a parent to a child (or vice versa) or from a spouse to a spouse and must be submitted to the Athletic Ticket Office. To complete the appropriate ticket transfer paperwork, please call us at 208-426-4767, e-mail us at ticketoffice@boisestate.edu, or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office. In the case of divorce, the University requires a letter from the season ticket holder of record that is transferring all or a portion of their season tickets, agreeing to transfer the tickets to their spouse, or a copy of the divorce decree stating who gets to use the tickets. If a season ticket holder of record passes away, the season ticket(s) will be transferred to the living spouse, if any. No other attempt to transfer the seat locations or renewal privileges by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property settlement, transfer to creditors, or by any other means will be recognized. Any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer season ticket privileges to third parties other than children, parents, or spouses, as permitted herein, will not be recognized by the University and may result in the cancelation of the season ticket(s) and all privileges. Any request to distribute tickets to a person or entity other than the season ticket holder of record or their child, parent, or spouse, whether as a result of bankruptcy or otherwise, will entitle the University to revoke the license represented by the ticket(s), including any season ticket renewal privileges. If the University revokes a license, it will refund the prorated portion of the actual purchase price.

Seat Location Changes

Season ticket location changes are available during season ticket renewals and are subject to the season ticket seat relocation process. The relocation process is based on BAA Priority Ranking, which requires tickets to be renewed first before relocation.

Ticket Resale

The University reserves the right to cancel any ticket order from any account that exhibits or has exhibited activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit. The University also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to prohibit, prevent or otherwise restrict access to donor ticket presales or postseason purchases for accounts that have been identified as exhibiting activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit.
