CROSS COUNTRY

Top Highlights: Competed in four races…made his Boise State debut at the USF Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 1) as the top Bronco finisher, placing first…earned Mountain West Cross Country Athlete of the Week (Sept. 5) and Ford Boise State Student-Athlete of the Week (Sept. 6) following that performance…was the top Bronco finisher again at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 22), placing 20th…represented the Broncos at the Mountain West Championships and placed 39th.

INDOOR

Top Highlights: Participated in two meets…made his Boise State track debut at the Husky Classic (Feb. 9-10) running a personal-best in the men’s 3,000-meter in 8:25.67…competed in the men’s 3,000m and 5,000-meter at the Mountain West Championship (Feb. 22-24)...ran a personal-best of 14:54.79 in the 5,000m at the meet

OUTDOOR

Top Highlights: Participated in four meets…made his season debut at the Stanford Invitational (March 29), clocking a personal-best of 14:05.29 in the men’s 5,000-meter…ran a personal-best in the men’s 10,000-meter at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 11), recording a time of 29:23.30…competed in the men’s 10,000m at the Mountain West Championships (May 9).

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE

Graduate transfer from Loughborough University in England… placed fourth at the 2023 BUCS Cross Country Championships… represented Great Britain in the mixed relay at the World University Cross Country Championships and placed second.
