BOISE STATE CAREER

SENIOR (2019): Named to the All-Mountain West Second Team...started all 13 games in which he appeared...finished second on the team in sacks (6.0) and tackles-for-loss (13.0), while racking up 42 tackles (25 solo) and two forced fumbles...had a sack and 1.5 tackles-for-loss among his five tackles (two solo) at Florida State (Aug. 31)...shared a tackle-for-loss against Portland State (Sept. 14)...forced a fumble, and had a tackle-for-loss among his seven tackles (two solo) against Air Force (Sept. 20)...picked up a sack and made six tackles (four solo) at BYU (Oct. 19)...had four tackles-for-loss among his six tackles against New Mexico, and forced a fumble which was scooped up and run for a touchdown by Sonatane Lui (Nov. 16)...had a sack among his two solo tackles at Utah State (Nov. 23)...made three solo tackles in Mountain West Championship Game against Hawai'i (Dec. 7)...made 4.0 tackles-for-loss, including a pair of sacks, among his six tackles against Washington (Dec. 21).

JUNIOR (2018): Appeared in 10 games, making nine starts...finished with 1.5 sacks, 3.0 tackles-for-loss among his 23 tackles, and forced a fumble...made four tackles (two solo) in season opener at Troy (Sept. 1)...recorded a sack at Wyoming (Sept. 29)...forced a fumble and made six tackles (two solo) against San Diego State (Oct. 6)...shared a tackle-for-loss at Nevada (Oct. 13)...shared a sack among his three tackles and broke up a pass against Colorado State (Oct. 19).

SOPHOMORE (2017): Appeared in 13 games...made 12 tackles (five solo) with a sack and 2.5 tackles-for-loss on the year...against Wyoming (Oct. 21), collected his first career sack, while tallying three tackles...made a tackle-for-loss at the Las Vegas Bowl against Oregon (Dec. 16).

FRESHMAN (2016): Appeared in nine games, with one pass breakup...broke up a pass at the line at Hawai'i (Nov. 12).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Three-star recruit according Rivals.com and 247Sports Composite, which ranked him as the No. 67 amongst all strong-side defensive ends in the country...as a senior, was named the defensive player of the year in the Sierra Foothill League after registering 40 tackles and six sacks...first-team All-Metro, All-Sac-Joaquin and All-Northern California his senior season...recorded 45 tackles and eight sacks his junior year, earned first-team All-Metro and All-Sierra Foothill League selections as well...named to the all-state team for juniors that same year...his father, Ian Hatada, attended Boise State and was a Big Sky 110-meter hurdles champion in 1996.
