Why did you choose Boise State?
I liked the clean air and beautiful mountains surrounding the city. During my visit on my recruiting trip, my teammates made it enjoyable and fun for the 48 hours that I was there. The basketball team needed a point guard, so I felt that I could contribute to the BSU team. Teammates Trent Johnson, Danny Jones, Carl Powell and Tony Hodges made it fun.

How did Boise State impact your life?
Boise showed me a different structure on culture and life. Coming from South Central Los Angeles to Boise was a culture shock, but it was the shock that prepared me for who I am today.

How do you stay in contact with Boise State?
I follow BSU sports teams (men's/women's basketball, football and women’s volleyball) when they compete in my general areas around the country. I am a big supporter of BSU Athletics.
