2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY- 
Ran in the yellow (fast) race at the Silver State Collegiate Cross Country Challenge (Feb. 1) setting a personal best 8k time...shaved nearly 50 seconds off his 8k time at the Battle Born Challenge (Feb. 15) finishing a season best 43rd...appeared at the Mountain West Championships (March 5)...INDOOR- Did not compete...OUTDOOR- made outdoor debut at the Hayward Premiere (April 2-3) competing in the 1,500-meter closing 11th with a personal best time of 3:49.59...fastest Bronco in the field in the men's 1,500m at the Oregon Relays (April 23-24)...earned a top-15 finish and clocked a personal best in the 3,000m steeplechase at the West Coast Relays (April 30) with a time of 8:58.11...raced in the 3,000m steeplechase and the 5,000m at the Mountain West Championships (May 13-15)...finished seventh in the 3,000m steeplechase as the Broncos top finisher...set a personal-best mark in the 5,000m with a time of 14:37.72...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries (May 26-29) in the 3,000m steeplechase, finished 43rd.

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in three meets for the Broncos…ran in the opening race of the season at the Sagebrush Invitational (Aug. 31) securing a top-10 finish…raced at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 29)…participated in the “B” race at the Nuttycombe Invitational (Oct. 18)...INDOOR- Opened as the lone Bronco in the 800-meter run, taking home the victory with a personal-best time of 1:55.84 at the Jackson’s Open (Dec. 14)…finished seventh in the mile at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 24-25)…set a personal best in the mile clocking fourth with a time of 4:15.6…ran the 800m at the Mountain West Championships (Feb. 27-29)…OUTDOOR- Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic. 

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in three meets during the cross country season, with his best 8k time of 25:38 coming in October...opened the season with a 26th place effort at the Sundodger Invitational, running 26:17.50 for 8k (Sept. 8)...placed 36th at the Charles Bowles Invitational, breaking the 26-minute barrier for 8k for the first time in his career in 25:45.8 (Sept. 29)...posted a time of 25:38 for 8k at the Inland Empire Championships (Oct. 13)...INDOOR- Ran a personal best of 4:21.34 to take fifth in the mile at the Bronco Invitational (Jan. 12)...ran 4:21.79 in the mile at the Ed Jacoby Invitational and Mutlis to take seventh (Jan. 18-19)...ran a four-second personal best in the mile (4:17.85) at the Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor Invite (Feb. 1-2)...competed in the 3000m at the Bronco Challenge, posting a time of 8:42.8 (Feb. 9)...competed in both the 800m (1:58.45) and 3000m (8:49.18) at the conference championships (Feb. 21-23)...OUTDOOR- Saw action in five meets during the outdoor season...scored a point in the steeplechase — his debut in the event — at the conference championship, while also running the 5,000-meter (May 8-11)...set a personal best of 3:54.16 at 1,500-meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 17-19)...ran a personal best in the 800-meter at the Sun Angel Classic, finishing 10th in 1:56.13 (April 5-6)...also appeared at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 28-29) and the Border Clash (April 26-27).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY- Appeared at two meets in his debut season for the Broncos...finished 28th at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Sept. 30), running 26:02.4 for 8k...ran 26:02.8 at the Inland Empire Challenge (Oct. 14)...INDOOR- Set a personal best 1:57.05 in the 800m at the Boise State Challenge...also set a personal best 4:18.20 in the mile (Feb. 10)...took fourth in the 800m at the Jacksons Nike Boise Indoor Invite, running a personal best of 1:57.09 (Feb. 2-3)...finished fifth in the 600m in 1:22.48 at the Bronco Invitational (Jan. 20)...opened the season with a personal best 4:21.90 in the mile at the Jackson’s Open (Dec. 9)...ran a personal best 1:57.75 for 800 meters at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 12-13)...OUTDOOR- Competed in four meets...tallied a season-best fourth-place finish in the 800m (1:57.91) at the NNU Open...clocked a 4:00.29 in the 1,500m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...ran a career-best time of 1:56.99 in the 800m to take 25th at the Sun Angel Classic...went for a 1:58.24 in the 800m to close out the season at the Border Clash.

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE
Anaya comes to Boise State from nearby Fruitland High School where he recently took third at the IHSAA 3A State Championships in the 1,600m, running a 4:36.21...eighth in the 3,200m (10:14.99) that same weekend...also victorious in both the 1,600m and 3,200m at the 3A District III Championships his senior season.
