Lauren rejoined the Broncos in June 2022 as an assistant director of sports performance. Sale primarily works with women's basketball, women's tennis and women's golf. 

Sale graduated from Boise State in May of 2021 with a bachelors of science in kinesiology whilst a member of the Bronco swim and drive team. Following graduation, she was a graduate assistant sports performance coach with West Florida in Pensacola, Fla. and Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, Ariz.
