- A 2015 graduate of Walla Walla High School in Walla Walla, Wash.
- Three-year member of the Blue Devils’ varsity team.
- VOLLEYBALL HONORS: Senior year team captain and an all-district second-team honoree ... honorable mention all-district as a junior in 2013.
CLUB TEAM
- Played for three club teams during her youth career.
- 2014-15 played for Club Gold of Richland, Wash.
- Competed for Legacy Volleyball Club in Valencia, Calif. as a freshman, her U15 team finished in the top-25 nationally ... as a junior, played again for Legacy on the U17 Elite team, a squad that finished in the top 10 at USA Volleyball’s 2014 Junior National Championship.
- Also played for Columbia Juniors located in Washington’s Tri-Cities ... as a sophomore her U16 Elite team finished the season fifth out of 93 teams in the Pacific Northwest.
NATIONAL EXPERIENCE
- In the summer of 2013 Carman was chosen to play on the USA Continental Team for USA Volleyball ... she trained in Florida for 10 days and competed against teams from around the world.
PERSONAL
- Both her grandfather John Wilcox (Philadelphia) and great-uncle Dave Wilcox (San Francisco) played professionally in the National Football League.
- Carman’s great-uncle Dave played football for Boise State in the 1960’s when it was Boise Junior College and is a member of the Boise State Athletics Hall of Fame, as well as the NFL Hall of Fame.
- Her cousin Justin Wilcox was a former defensive coordinator for the Boise State football team under coach Chris Petersen.
