BOISE STATE CAREER
RS JUNIOR (2016-17): Finished on a 4-2 run to finish fourth at the Pac-12 Championships (Feb. 26) . . . Stepped into the starting line-up at 133 pounds in Boise State's dual against South Dakota State (Jan. 6) . . . Went 10-15 on the season while appearing in nine duals and three tournaments . . . Went 4-2 at the Roadrunner Open to finish fifth (Nov. 20) . . . Was the lone Bronco to win both matches of a double header against Cal Poly and Arizona State, defeating Yoshito Funakoshi with a major decision (13-4) and Ted Rico with a 17-10 decision (Feb. 12) . . . Defeated Zack Moistner by fall (6:01) in the second round of the Roadrunner Open (Nov. 20) . . . Had two major decisions on the season . . . Was named Honorable Meniton Pac-12 All-Academic.
RS SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Went 10-17 in his debut season with the Broncos, serving as the primary starter at 133 pounds throughout the season…moved up to 141 in the team’s final dual, and wrestled at the weight class at the Pac-12 Championships (Feb. 27)…was 10-13 at 133, and 0-4 at 141…was 3-5 in duals at 133, and 0-1 at 141…picked up three pins throughout the season…went 3-2 at the Cowboy Open (Nov. 7), including two pins…went 2-2 at the Cyclone Open (Nov. 15), including one pin…went 1-2 at both the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 4) and the Reno Tournament of Champions (Dec. 20)…went 0-3 at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing sixth.
RS FRESHMAN (2014-15): Did not wrestle.
FRESHMAN (2013-14): Redshirt season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time 3A WIAA State Champion...took first at 103 pounds as a sophomore, at 113 pounds as a junior and 126 pounds as a senior....two-time Tri-State Champion...2012 Reno Worlds Champion...tabbed a High School All-American three times....graduated with a 3.9 GPA and was named the 2012 Academic State Champion.
