BOISE STATE CAREER
RS SENIOR (2015-16): Went 15-17 in his final collegiate campaign, falling one victory shy of reaching the NCAA Championships…the Broncos’ primary starter at 165 pounds reached the third-place match at the Pac-12 Championships (Feb. 27), but dropped the bout to Oregon State’s Seth Thomas (8-3)…finished fourth, and the Pac-12 had three allocations to the NCAA Championships…wrestled in each of the Broncos’ 12 duals, going 5-7…recorded eight bonus-point victories, including three major decisions and five pins…dropped four matches to ranked individuals…also finished fourth at the Cyclone Open (Nov. 15), going 5-2 with two pins and two major decisions…reached the semifinals at the Cowboy Open (Nov. 7), but did not place…went 3-2 with a pin at the tournament…went 2-1 at the Reno Tournament of Champions (Dec. 20), and 0-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 4)…went 1-2 at the Pac-12 Tournament, including an overtime pin of Cal Poly’s Blake Kastl (7:22) to reach the third-place match.
RS JUNIOR (2014-15): Went 7-9 on the season, including two major decisions and two falls...wrestled in a pair of duals (0-2), at 157 against Oregon State (Dec. 13) and at 165 against Wyoming (Feb. 15)...finished runner-up at the Spokane Open (Nov. 23), going 3-1 with a major decision and a pin...finished fourth at the Cowboy Open (Nov. 8), going 3-2 with a pin...fell to teammate Steven Hernandez in the consolation finals...went 1-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 5) with a major decision...went 0-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions (Dec. 21).
RS SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Went 2-12 on the season...started six duals, four at 157 pounds and two at 165, going 0-6...won one match at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational and one at the Reno Tournament of Champions.
RS FRESHMAN (2012-13): Made his Bronco debut with a 3-0 decision against Jace Jensen (Wyoming)...finished 7-6 overall and 1-0 in dual matches...competed at the Cowboy Open, Spokane Open and Reno Tournament of Champions...went 3-1 in Reno...recorded two falls and one major decision on the season.

Wrestled under his father, Bill West, at Borah High School...four year letterwinner for the Lions...won two 5A State Championships during his interscholastic career...won the 2010 Reno Tournament of Champions at 152 pounds during his senior season...left Borah with a 167-19 career record including an undefeated 46-0 record as a senior.
