Saw action in three meets on the year . . . Opened the season at the Sundodger Invitational, placing 37th in 23:22.70 (Sept. 8) . . . Placed 52nd/179 at the Charles Bowles Invitational, running 18:41.2 for 5k (Sept. 29) . . . Finished 34th/157 at the Inland Empire Championships, running 18:29 for 5k (Oct. 13).

Took third her freshman year and sixth her sophomore year in the CHSAA 4A Cross Country State Championships...as a sophomore during track she took second-place finish in the 800m and a sixth-place finish in the 1,600m at the CHSAA 4A Track and Field State Championships... As a junior, Deitsch placed fourth in the state cross country championships and third in both the 800m and the 1,600m at the state track and field championships... in 2013 she placed third in the state cross country championships and took ninth in the Nike Cross Country Southwest Regional... notched two top-three finishes at the state track and field championships: third place in the 1,600m and second place in the 800m...(track) named Distance Runner of the Year and Most Valuable Athlete 2012-14...(cross country)named Most Valuable Athlete 2010-14 and Conference MVP...intends to major in social work.
