Earned All-MW honors thanks to a 13th-place finish at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 27) . . . No. 4 Bronco in 25:01.6 for 8k at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (Oct. 13) . . . 2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - A stalwart in the Broncos’ top three throughout the season, was named a first-team All-Mountain West honoree after taking third place at the conference championships (24:00.7), providing key points to help Boise State capture the team title…was the Broncos’ top finisher in the season-opening meet, the Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed fourth (21:09.61) on the 7K course…also performed well at the Roy Griak Invitational, taking 37th (25:51.1)…participated at the NCAA West Region Championships, but was unable to finish due to injury…finished as the Broncos’ No. 3 at the national championships, taking 111th place thanks to a 30:57.7...INDOOR – Did not compete…OUTDOOR – Competed in two meets over the course of the outdoor season…eighth in the 10k to score a point at the conference championships, crossing the finish line in eighth (32:11.03)…took 11th in the 5k at the conference championships with a 15:37.27…opened his season at the Bryan Clay Invitational and ran a 9:26.64 in the steeplechase.

2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY - The top Boise State runner in five out of the six meets he competed in…earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors thanks to a 17th-place performance at the NCAA West Regional (31:29.8 – 10k)…First-Team All-Mountain West honoree after taking fifth at the conference championships, recorded a 26:40.4 on the 8k course…third at the Roy Griak Invitational after finishing the 8k course in 24:58.0…ran the only sub-24 minute 8k time for any Bronco on the year (23:51.8) and finished in 17th place at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational…was the No. 2 Bronco at the NCAA Championships, finishing in 93rd place (30:54.2)…opened the year at the Dual in Speedway Meadow and took second with a time of 25:21.3...INDOOR - Redshirted...OUTDOOR - Did not compete.

2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY – Took 14th at the Mountain West Cross Country Championships after recording a 24:14.0 on the 8K course for 14th place…competed at the NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships and ran a 30:40.1 and took 58th place on a 10K…ran a 24:33.0 at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational for 88th place…INDOOR – Took third in the mile (4:12.31) at the Ed Jacoby Invite, also helped the distance medley relay team to fourth (10:20.56)…clocked an 8:12.55 in the 3,000 at the UW Indoor Invitational, followed that performance the following weekend with an 8:09.50 at the UW Husky Classic in the same event for his best time of the year…performed well at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships, taking fifth in the 3,000m (8:18.70) and sixth in the 5,000m (14:41.20)…OUTDOOR – Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 5,000m and logged a 14:38.73 for 32nd place…he earned his spot in the preliminaries thanks to a 13:51.86 that came at the Stanford Invitational…almost made the top three at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000m when he took fourth (29:55.09), placed 12th in the 5,000m after recording a 14:42.35…also took part in the 3,000m steeplechase on two occasions, running a 8:56.31 at the Mt. SAC Relays for fifth place and a 9:14.13 for the victory at the Border Clash.

PREP: As of mid-2014 is the No. 1-ranked U20 3,000m steeplechase competitor in England...in 2014 he has claimed 3,000m steeplechase titles at the England Athletics U20 Championships and the British Athletics League Premiership...in 2013 he recorded top-ten finishes in four out of the five meets he competed in the 3,000m.
