2012-13: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in two meets...fifth at the Boise State Invitational 5K (16:06)...ran the Charles Bowles 8K in 25:31.66...INDOOR - Ran the Mile in four meets...placed as high as seventh in the Blue and Orange meet...ran a best of 4:27.49 to tie for eighth at the Boise State Team Challenge...OUTDOOR - Raced in the 5000m and 3000m steeplechase...had a best of 15:13.93 in the 5000m, good for 12th at the Mountain West (MW) Championships...ran a best of 9:25.46 to place seventh in the steeplechase at the MW Championships...won the Idaho-Utah Border Clash steeplechase (9:33.93)...All-MW Track & Field Academic honoree.
