2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY-
Did not see action . . .  INDOOR- Did not compete  . . . OUTDOOR- Made three appearances on the season . . . took second in the 3,000-meter at the Border Clash, running 8:59.58 (April 26-27) . . . ran 15:52.14 in the 5000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 29-30) . . . also appeared in the 1,500-meter at the Bryan Clay Invite (April 17-19).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY- Appeared at the Mountain West Championships, running 25:43.26 for 8k (Oct. 27) . . . top race came at the Inland Empire Championships where he was the No. 1 Bronco across the line in fifth (Oct. 14) . . . opened the season with a 78th-place showing at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30) . . . INDOOR- Redshirt season . . . OUTDOOR- Redshirt season.

2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - Was 32nd at the Sagebrush Invitational (22:50.65) on the 7K course…also competed at the Steve T. Reeder Memorial Cross Country Invitational, taking 20th place (29:36.1) on the 8.8k course...INDOOR – Competed in the 3,000m (8:50.27) and the 5,000m (15:45.60) at the indoor track and field championships…clocked a career-best 8:15.95 in the 3k at the Husky Classic…first in the mile (4:15.03) at the Jacksons/NB Indoor Invitational…picked up more experience in the 3,000m at the Ed Jacoby Invitational, running a 8:28.44…took fourth in the mile in his season opener at the Ed Jacoby Invitational…OUTDOOR – Continued his focus on the 3,000m steeplechase, scoring two points at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a seventh-place finish (9:32.72)…also ran in the 5k that same weekend, recording a 15:47.24…took third in the 1,500m (3:55.90) at the Border Clash…recorded his steeplechase PR at Mt. SAC Relays with a 9:07.20…was 11th in his first race of the outdoor season, crossing the line in 9:15.58 in the steeplechase.

2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY - Took part in two meets…11th at the Utah Open (20:22.2) in a 6k…12th at the Utah State Invitational – a 7k – and recorded a 20:32.8...INDOOR - Competed in five meets over the course of the indoor season…began at the Jacksons Open and ran in the 4x400m, helping the relay team to a 3:39.47, good for second place…was a part of the DMR team that took second at the Ed Jacoby Invite, clocking a 10:30.73 in the process…turned in a 4:24.84 in the mile at the Ed Jacoby Invite…competed on the 4x400m relay team at the Bronco Invite…best performance of the year came at the Jacksons/New Balance Invitational where he ran an 8:42.07 to take second...OUTDOOR – Ran a variety of distances, competed in four different meets…ended the year by snagging a top-10 finish at the conference championships, placing 10th in the 3,000m steeplechase after crossing the line in a career-best 9:25.34…also ran in the 5,000m (14:57.90) that same weekend…clocked his fastest 5,000m time of the year (14:37.91) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival…competed in the 1,500m at the Stanford Twilight and ran a career-best 3:56.42…finished the 3,000m steeplechase in 9:27.61 for third place at the Border Clash.

PREP: Rojas helped California High School to a runner-up finish in the 2012 California State Cross Country Championship by placing 45th in the 5k with a time of 15:56. The runner-up finish advanced his team to the Nike Cross Nationals where he came in 147th individually and his team finished 20th. Rojas was named the Del Rio Cross Country League Champion in 2013 when he recorded a career-best, 15:12 in the 3 mile. Last year he was the Redondo Champion Track and Field Champion in the 3,200m...four-year member of the California HS honor roll...earned the biliteracy seal...intends to major in mechanical engineering.
