Broncs Ready for St. Joseph

BOISE, Idaho – Hopeful of squaring a little gridiron argument that started early in the season, the Broncs of Boise Junior College face for the second time this fall a battling squad of St. Joseph Saints on Public School Field this afternoon. The game is scheduled to start at 1:15 o'clock.
Â
St. Joseph's defeated the collegians 6 to 0 when the two teams first bucked each other on the football field. Observers, however, have noted marked improvement in Boise Junior College play since this upset and, spurred on by the hope of revenge, the Broncs are believed to hold the edge in the Turkey tilt.

Broncs Show Improvements
Â
The collegians dealt fans a surprise when they held the Albion Normal to a 7 to 6 score here nearly two weeks ago. Regular practice the last week and a half has smoothed out several of the rough spots and the Broncs are expected to offer a smooth working offense against the Saints. In the absence of Coach Dusty Kline, who accompanied the Boise high school eleven to Twin Falls today, Warren Adelmann, formerly on the Braves coaching staff, will pilot the Broncs this afternoon. Kloepfer, star quarterback, is listed in the starting lineup for B.J.C., but he may be unable to play owing to a wrist injury he suffered a few days ago. In that event, Joyce will probably take his place.
