BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Igor Hadziomerovic and Derrick Marks scored 12 points apiece and Boise State cruised past Adams State 78-49 on Tuesday night, at Taco Bell Arena.

James Webb III added 11 points and 10 rebounds as the Broncos (6-2) won their second straight game.

Marcus Hall scored 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting for Division II Adams State. The game was an exhibition for the Grizzlies and doesn't count on their record.

Boise State opened up a 14-2 lead over the first 9 minutes as Adams State missed 10 of its first 11 shots. The lead topped out at 23 points and the Broncos led 37-20 at the half.

The Grizzlies moved within 14 points on Justin Kauffman's basket with 14:32 remaining before Boise State rolled off the next 13 points for a 59-32 lead on Joe Hanstad's 3-pointer, and eventually led by 33.

Boise State's Anthony Drmic missed the game with a back injury. He ranks second on the team with a 15-point average.

Drmic wasn't needed against the Grizzlies, an outmanned squad that shot 32.1 percent from the field and 4 of 22 from 3-point range. Shakir Smith scored 11 points.

The suspense was over early as the Broncos soared to a 26-6 advantage on a dunk by Webb with 7:08 left in the half.

The Grizzlies finally reached double figures when Hall scored with 3:53 remaining to make it 31-11. Hall's basket helped Adams State close with an 11-6 surge to cut Boise State's lead to 37-20 at the break.

Boise State would eventually pull away in the second half while mixing in a plethora of reserves and getting 42 points from its bench. The 29-point margin of victory is the Broncos' highest of the season.

The Grizzlies allowed 19 second-chance points as Boise State posted a 41-29 rebounding edge. The Broncos shot 47.3 percent from the field.

Boise State hosts Northwest Nazarene, another NCAA Division II program from nearby Nampa, on Thursday night.
