Palmer Comes Up Short in ITA Mountain Regional

Wilhelmina Palmer's Run in the ITA Mountain Regional tournament was cut short on Friday in Las Vegas, Nev.
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (10/12/18) – Wilhelmina Palmer was knocked out of the ITA Mountain Regional tournament with a loss in the round of 16 to Anna Reidmiller of Denver 7-6, 6-2.
Palmer and doubles partner Lilian Poling were also defeated in the doubles bracket, losing to Utah's Whitney Hekking and Leah Heimuli in the round of 16 by a score of 8-2.
The highlight of the day was when Vanessa Timm earned a win for the Broncos by grinding out a tough three-set match over Montana's Eimear Maher by a score of 2-6, 6-3, 10-4.
