Lobelo Leads Broncos in Fall Finale

Sophomore finishes in a tie for 12th, one stroke ahead of Tara Finigan
SANTA ANA, Calif. – The Boise State women's golf team closed off their fall season by finishing in seventh place at the UC Irvine Invitational. The Broncos shot 890 (294-296-300, +26) and had two finish the tournament in the top 20. The Broncos had 171 pars in the tournament, putting them in a tie for second in pars.
Alejandra Lobelo finished the day even, with a score of 218 (75-71-72, +2) to finish in a tie for 12th place.
Tara Finigan ended in a tie for 14th, just one stroke behind her teammate, Lobelo. Finigan shot 219 (70-76-73, +3).
Lexi Perry shot 226 (76-76-74, +10) while Nicole Suppelsa rounded out the scoring for the Broncos with a score of 231 (74-73-84, +15) and ended in a tie for 52nd.
Kinsley Bonfilio concluded the lineup for the Broncos with a score of 235 (75-79-81, +19)
The Broncos will return to the golf course in February, in the Battle at the Rock in Riverside, California.
