BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State football team has signed Jackson Cravens to a financial aid agreement, head coach Bryan Harsin announced Thursday.
Cravens, a 6-foot-3, 294-pound defensive tackle is transferring from Utah, where he redshirted the 2018 season after playing in just one game (Colorado).Â
Originally a three-star recruit (247sports and Rivals) from Provo, Utah, Cravens was a first-team 4A all-state honoree as a junior at Timpview High School before an injury forced him to miss his senior season. Following his junior campaign, he was also named the All-Valley 4A Defensive Player of the Year and Region 7 Defensive Most Valuable Player.
A two-time all-region honoree, Cravens recorded 160 tackles, including 24.0 for-loss and 13 sacks as a junior, and 63 tackles (3.5 sacks) as a sophomore.
