ST. GEORGE, Utah - The Boise State women's golfers turned in some strong finishes to their final rounds Monday at the BYU at Entrada Classic, but those final surges didn't offset early-round struggles. Freshman Taylor Koch and junior Lexi Perry sit in the top 20 of the individual leaderboard, but the Broncos are 12th in the team standings after shooting rounds of 319 and 312 to close the day at +55 (631) at Entrada at Snow Canyon GC.

Koch shot rounds of 75 and 76 to finish the day 7-over (151) and tied for 13th. Perry, meanwhile, bounced back from difficult starts to each round, going 2-under over the final seven holes of the second round to end the day tied for 18th at 8-over (77-75=152).

Nicole Suppelsa came back in the afternoon from a morning-round 85, shooting 78 in the second round, which included an eagle 3 on the par-5, 444-yard No. 1 hole. Suppelsa was at 9-over just seven holes into the second round, but caught fire the rest of the way, firing three birdies to go with her eagle on No. 1. She was one of just seven golfers to record an eagle Monday.

Senior Valentine Lacaze finished the day 21-over (82-83=165), while freshman Elena Pany (87-86=173) rounds out the quintet at +29.

North Texas (-3, 209-283=573) leads the team competition, while the Mean Green's Lauren Cox and Patricia Sinolungan are tied atop the individual leaderboard at 3-under.
