
Broncos Move to 8-0 in MW Play

LARAMIE, Wyo. - Boise State is 8-0 in conference play for the first time in program history after completing a series sweep against Wyoming with a 90-70 win Wednesday, at Arena-Auditorium. Six different Broncos scored in double figures, led by 17 points from Devonaire Doutrive.
The Broncos (12-1, 8-0 MW) are riding a 12-game win streak and have won five conference games by at least 20 points, matching the most in program history.
Boise State made 13 of its first 16 shots and led by as many as 23 in the first half before taking a 55-33 lead into the locker room. It is the third time this season the Broncos have scored at least 50 points in the first half of a Mountain West game.
The Cowboys (7-4, 1-3 MW) were unable to get closer than 17 in the second half.
The Broncos continued their domination on the interior. They scored 52 points in the paint, giving them 100 paint points for the series.
Abu Kigab (15), Derrick Alston, Jr. (14), RayJ Dennis (14), Marcus Shaver, Jr. (12) and Mladen Armus - Boise State's starting five - all joined Doutrive in double figures, who led the way off the bench.
Boise State returns home for two games against Fresno State, Jan. 20 and 22, at ExtraMile Arena.
