- Boise State Head Coach Gordy Presnell entered the season with 705 wins, 34th all-time in NCAA history and 18th among active coaches.
- The Broncos return six letterwinners from 2020-21 and have added nine newcomers.

- Sophomore Abby Muse added 10 points against The Beach for her seventh-career double-figure scoring game...recorded a block in the opener after being second in the conference a year ago in blocked shots (40) and blocks per game (1.7) and earning a spot on the MW All-Freshman Team.
- Sophomore Mary Kay Naro tied her career high with seven rebounds against Long Beach State...added five assists after finishing second in the Mountain West last season with 5.2 assists per game.
- All 11 players who dressed against Long Beach State saw playing time.
- Oregon Tech is the first of two non-Division I teams Boise State will face this year...Broncos host Warner Pacific, Dec. 20.
