CHASING HISTORY: Senior forward Aubree Chatterton continued to move up the record book with a three-point performance against Nevada. She finished the game with a goal and an assist. Chatterton sits just outside the top-10 for the Broncos all time in goals, assists and points.

Junior goalkeeper Sydney Smith is also chasing history. She recorded her first win of the season in a 3-2 victory over Nevada. Smith has 19 in her career, she is now 11 back of program leader Janelle Flores. Smith is also currently tied for third for most shutouts in program history with 14, four back of the record also held by Flores.

With the win over Nevada, head coach Jim Thomas secured his 80th career victory as a head coach. Thomas is already the winningest coach by winning percentage in program history at 59.2% and has the most conference victories at 45.

NEW FACES: Freshman forward Mariah Albin knocked home the Broncos' first goal of the season off a header. She was set up on the cross by another new face, transfer Grace Pekovich. Junior transfer Dorian Goodwin added to the list with a goal against Nevada on March 13.

STAYING PERFECT: The Broncos extended their streak of dominance against the Wolf Pack with a 3-2 win, Saturday. Boise State's record stands at 9-0-0 all-time against Nevada.

MW PRESEASON COACHES POLL: For the second time in program history, the Broncos were selected by the conference coaches to finish the regular season with the top slot. Boise State shares the ranking with San Diego State. Both programs received 106 total points, however, the Broncos earned seven first-place votes to the Aztecs three.

New Mexico (97) earns a third-place spot with Fresno State (78) and San Jose State (74) rounding out the top five.

SCORE BY COMMITTEE: With the loss of dominant scoring threat Raimee Sherle, the Broncos will look to multiple names to fill the scoring void. However, in the Jim Thomas era, Boise State boasts a 52-1-1 record when multiple Broncos score.

Likewise, the Broncos following a 3-2 victory over Nevada on March 13 improved to 60-1-3 when scoring two or more goals in a game under Thomas.
