Broncos Open Indoor Season at Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener

BOSTON - The Broncos distance crew opened the 2022-23 indoor track and field season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston, Saturday.

Sophomore Ahmed Ibrahim highlighted the meet for Boise State, recording the third-fastest time in the men's 5000m in program history (13:48.29).

Top Broncos

  • Sophomore Ahmed Ibrahim recorded the third-best time (13:48.29) in program history in the men's 5000m.

  • Junior Delaney Griffin recorded a personal best (16:20.67) and placed fifth in her section of the women's 5000m.

  • Senior Nathan Dunn placed in the top 30 overall of the men's 3000m and set a new personal record with a time of 8:13.51.

The Broncos will send their sprinters and jumpers to Spokane, Wash., for the Spokane Invitational Saturday, Dec. 10.
