
Buffaloes Rally Past Broncos

BOISE, Idaho – A strong second quarter propelled Colorado to a 71-48 win over Boise State, Sunday in ExtraMile Arena.
The Buffaloes (7-2) raced out to a 13-4 lead to start the game, but the Broncos (3-6) clawed its way behind back-to-back three-pointers from Mary Kay Naro and Allie Hueckman.
Leading 22-15, the Buffaloes held the Broncos to just 13.3 percent from the field in the second quarter. Boise State managed to score six points in the quarter as Colorado generated a 44-21 halftime lead.
The Broncos responded by shooting 54.5 percent from the field in the third quarter, outscoring the Buffaloes 15-12 in the period. Colorado sealed the game with an 11-2 run to start the fourth quarter.

- Mya Hansen scored 11 points for the Broncos, shooting 4-of-8 from the field and 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.
- Mary Kay Naro filled the stat sheet, recording nine points, five rebounds and a team-high four assists.
