BOULDER CITY, Nev. – The Boise State women's golf team finished the fall portion of the season with a record-breaking performance, totaling the lowest 54-hole score in program history at 858 (-6). This gave the Broncos a sixth-place finish at The Clash at Boulder Creek. Leia Chung matched her career-low score of 210 (-6), which tied her for fifth. Teal Matsueda posted a career-low 214 (-2) to tie for 20th. Franca Polla tied for 22nd with a score of 215 (-1), marking her 10th career top-25 finish.

"As we wrap up our fall season, there are so many great moments and accomplishments to look back on," said head coach Kailin Downs. "We continue to show that we have the ability to continue elevating this program in the right direction."

The Broncos set a program record with their 54-hole total of 858 (-6), eclipsing the previous school record by two strokes.
The team was one-under at 575 through two rounds, matching last event's program record for the lowest 36-hole score.
Boise State's second-round total of 282 (-6) matches the second-lowest 18-hole total in school history.
Leia Chung matched her career-low score at 210 (-6), which ties for second in program history. She has three of the five scores that are tied for second.
Chung's third-round score of 67 (-5) is a career-low and ties for the fourth-lowest 18-hole score in program history.
With her tie for fifth, Chung has four career top-10 finishes. The sophomore has eight career top-25 finishes, including three this season.
Freshman Teal Matsueda fired a 214 (-3), the lowest three-day total of her career. She carded a 69 (-3) in the second round, the lowest round of her career. She has two top-25 finishes this fall.
Matsueda and Polla both recorded the best two-round scores of their careers at -1.
Polla fired a 215 (-1), giving her a top-25 finish for the 10th time in her career.
Jillian Hui posted a season-low total of 220 (+4) and Hannah Lim equaled her current season-low of 223 (+7).
