Broncos Open Indoor Season at Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener

The Boise State track and field team will travel to Massachusetts to open the indoor season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, Dec. 2.

Notables:
  • This marks the first indoor track meet of the 2023-24 season.
  • The meet will take place at the Boston University Track and Tennis Center in Boston, Mass.
  • There will be two heats of the men's 5000m with the first being at 8 a.m. MT and the second at 4:25 p.m. MT. The women's 5,000-meter race will begin at 2:25 p.m. MT.
  • This is the fourth time Boise State has competed in the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener.
  • Joe Hudson returns to action after competing at the 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships and placing 60th, the highest finish by a Bronco male since 2019. Hudson was the fourth-highest placing runner from the Mountain West.
  • Boise State is returning three of its six All-Mountain West honorees from the last indoor track and field season. Out of the three, Kaiya Robertson will be the only honoree competing Saturday.
