Kelsey Hall Earns MW Player of the Week Honor

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Boise State's Kelsey Hall was tabbed Mountain West Softball Player of the Week, the conference announced, Tuesday.
 
The Sacramento, Calif., native earned the award after leading the Broncos to a 3-0 conference record and their second-straight series sweep during the week of March 13-19.
 
Hall batted .667 (6-for-9) with two doubles, a home run, and 10 RBI. She posted a slugging percentage of 1.222 and an on base percentage of .600.
 
In the first game of the UNLV series, Hall brought a player across the plate off a sacrifice fly. In the 10-0 shutout March 18, Hall recorded a double, home run, and five RBI.
 
The senior helped the Broncos sweep the series against the Rebels Sunday, March 19, hitting .800 (4-for-5) and collecting four RBI in the 17-7 win.
 
This is Hall's first MW Player of the Week award this season and third of her career.
 
The Broncos (15-10, 3-0 MW) will play BYU Tuesday, March 21, at 2 p.m. MT to close a four-game road trip.
