BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State women's golf program will take part in 10 events over seven states during the 2023-24 season, head coach Kailin Downs announced, Wednesday.

The campaign begins Sept. 11-12 at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational hosted by New Mexico. After competing at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic in Wolcott, Colo., Sept. 25-27, the Broncos return to the Land of Enchantment for the New Mexico State Golf Iconic Classic, Oct. 9-11.

The last time Boise State competed on the NMSU Golf Course was in October 2021 when it finished third at the New Mexico State Aggie Invitational. The fall wraps up Oct. 22-24 with The Clash at Boulder Creek hosted by Northern Arizona in Boulder City, Nev.

"We are going to travel to some difficult courses in the fall," Downs said. "I always love beginning our spring competitive schedule with the match play event. March will lead us into the April grind when we will be in tournaments for three-straight weeks. I am confident we have a great mix of competition built into this schedule that will prepare us to compete in the Mountain West Championship."

For the third-straight season, Boise State and Wyoming will co-host the Mountain Classic Match Play (Feb. 12-14 in Palm Springs, Calif.)

Next up is the Pizza Hut-Lady Thunderbird Invitational hosted by Southern Utah in St. George, Utah, March 7-9. Last season, the Blue and Orange finished third at the event, led by career-best finishes from Franca Polla (T-third) and Hannah Lim (T-19th) and a season-high finish of tied for 11th by Elli Gordon.

The Broncos will take part in the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, hosted by Hawaii in Kauai, March 17-19.

April features back-to-back tournaments in Arizona, beginning with the Cowgirl Classic, hosted by Wyoming in Maricopa, April 3-4. Montana State hosts the Bobcat Desert Classic in Goodyear, April 8-10.

Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif., is the site of the Mountain West Championship, April 16-18. Last year, Leia Chung carded a program conference-championship record 218.
