Kiesler To Compete at USATF Cross Country Championships

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State cross country freshman Julia Kiesler will compete at the USATF Cross Country Championships at Pole Green Park in Richmond, Va., on Jan. 20 at 10:30 a.m. MT.

The Columbus, Ind., native will compete in the women's U20 6k, which will serve as a selection event for Team USATF for the 2024 World Athletics Cross Country Championships. The top-six will earn their place to the team, while the next two will be alternates.

Kiesler was named the 2023 Mountain West Cross Country Freshman of the Year following her performance at the MW Cross Country Championships in Eagle, Idaho, Oct. 27. She was the top freshman finisher and placed 16th.
