BOISE, Idaho – Boise State's defense held San Diego State to zero field goals for nearly six minutes to hang onto a 67-66 win over the ranked-Aztecs, Saturday at ExtraMile Arena.

The win is the fifth in the last six meetings against San Diego State (15-4, 4-2 MW), and the third during that stretch to be decided by one point – all three have gone in the favor of the Broncos.

Boise State (13-5, 4-1 MW) led for 34:47, but the Aztecs were able to take the lead with 10:12 remaining in the game, 43-43. Neither team pulled away by more than one possession, and it was a one-point game following a Jaedon LeDee jumper.

O'Mar Stanley made an open 3-pointer to go up seven points, and the Bronco defense forced seven-straight misses to go up by as many points. The Aztecs hit a pair of 3-pointers in the final 15 seconds, but it wasn't enough to defeat Boise State.
