WHAT'S NEXT

Boise State will take on New Mexico in a Mountain West bout on Saturday, Jan. 6. The contest will tip off at 2 p.m. MT and will be broadcast on the MW Network.   
 

LAST TIME OUT

The Broncos (9-6, 0-2 MW) suffered its first home loss of the season, falling to Nevada 58-57 on Wednesday. Boise State had a chance to erase a 13-point deficit on its final possession but was unable to convert.
 

THE OPPONENT

The Lobos (10-4, 1-0 MW) opened conference play with a 69-59 win over Nevada. New Mexico is led by the dynamic duo of Paula Reus and Nyah Wilson, who both average 12.5 points per game.
 

BATTLE OF THE BOARDS

Saturday's contest will consist of the two top rebounding teams in the league. The Lobos lead the conference at 42.4 boards per game, while the Broncos are second at 41.8 per game.
 

500 CLUB

Natalie Pasco has an opportunity to become the fourth Bronco on the current roster to eclipse the 500-point mark, entering Saturday's game with 481 career points. The sophomore would join seniors Abby Muse, Elodie Lalotte and Mary Kay Naro, who all reached the accomplishment last season.
 

THE ONE AND ONLY

Abby Muse leads the entire nation with 57 total blocks on the year. The senior, who is ranked second nationally at 3.8 blocks per game, moved into fifth-place on the Broncos' single-season block list just 15 games into the season on Wednesday against Nevada.
