The Broncos will play 13 conference games on national television

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State men's basketball will play 13 Mountain West games on national television this upcoming season as the conference office released the official conference slate for the 2024-25 campaign on Thursday.

In addition to the 13 nationally-televised conference games – including seven at home – it was announced on Thursday that two other games in Boise will be nationally televised. The Nov. 17 game against Clemson will tip off at 11:30 am on CBS Sports Network while the contest against Washington State at Idaho Central Arena in downtown Boise on Dec. 7 will be televised on CBS at 2 pm.

Tipoff times for select games were announced on Thursday. The remaining start times will be announced after final TV selections are made by conference and school partners.

As part of the balanced, 20-game conference schedule, Boise State will play home-and-home series against each of the 10 other conference schools.

The Broncos open the conference slate against Air Force (Dec. 21) at ExtraMile Arena and will close out 2023 with road games at San Jose State (Dec. 28) and Wyoming (Dec. 31).

Boise State will then host San Diego State and UNLV for back-to-back home games (Jan. 4-7). The game against the Aztecs will be on CBS while the contest against the Runnin' Rebels will be on FS1.

The Broncos will host Wyoming (Jan. 14) and Nevada (Jan. 29) in the month of January while they will then play home games against Fresno State (Feb. 1), San Jose State (Feb. 7), New Mexico (Feb. 19), and Utah State (Feb. 26) in February.

To close out the regular season, the Broncos face off against Colorado State on March 7 on FS1 in ExtraMile Arena.

Boise State is the only team in the Mountain West to return two all-conference performers this season in Tyson Degenhart and O'Mar Stanley. Leon Rice and his staff also added senior Alvaro Cardenas through the transfer portal to give the Broncos three of the top five returning players in the conference, per Bart Torvik.

Rice returns for his 15th season in the Treasure Valley as he hopes to lead Boise State back to the NCAA Tournament for an unprecedented fourth-straight season.
