- This marks the first season under head coach Pat McCurry, who was previously an assistant with the Broncos from 2016-18. He also served as the head coach at College of Idaho and San Francisco.
- The race will feature a women's 6K race at noon MT and a men's 10K race at 1 p.m, both on the Colfax Golf Club.
- In 2023, the women's team finished in 10th and the men placed sixth. Joe Hudson (11th) and Tom Patrick (24th) both earned all-region honors, with Hudson qualifying for nationals.
- The Boise State women have finished all six races of the season in the top five, most recently taking second at the Mountain West Championships.
- Naomy Lokiles picked up an individual race win at the LC State Invitational on Oct. 19, the first for any Bronco this season.
- The women are receiving votes (12) in the USTFCCCA National Coaches' Poll top 30.
- The men and women both have a team race win this season.
- The men placed three in the top 20 at the MW Championships, earning fourth place as a team, finishing ahead of No. 19 Utah State.
- Hudson has earned three top-10 finishes this season, while Tom Graham-Marr has achieved two.
- The top two finishing teams at each of the NCAA's nine regionals will automatically secure a spot in the NCAA Championships. Thirteen additional teams will receive at-large bids. Additionally, the top four individual finishers within the top 25 at each regional, who are not part of an automatic qualifier or at-large team, will advance to the championships, along with two at-large individuals.
