Fans invited to bring unwrapped toys to December games for annual toy drive
BOISE, Idaho — The Boise State men's basketball team will collect new, unwrapped toys at four games during December with collection bins located on game days at the main entrances at ExtraMile Arena, Idaho Central Arena in downtown Boise and Hero Court at Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls.
The team will deliver the toys to the Ronald McDonald House and local families in need prior to their departure home for the holidays.
"The toy drive started as a way to connect Bronco Nation with our team in an effort to support families in need living right here in the Treasure Valley," said men's basketball head coach Leon Rice. "The impact the toy drive has made on our players, staff and in our community over the past two years has brought so much joy to families who may have needed just a little extra help. We can't wait to do it again this year."
